The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway, making it easy to access as a stopover. It is not near the historic center, but it is close to the Corte Inglés shopping center. The neighborhood where the hotel is situated is incredibly tidy, adding to its appeal. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

The food at the hotel was delicious and the kitchen staff were excellent. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with big beds and clean bathrooms. the hotel is conveniently located close to the train and bus stations, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel.
The hotel had some issues with organization and service. There were delays in getting our room ready, even though we arrived later than the estimated check-in time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb, situated in the most tidy neighborhood here. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service from receptionists to waiters. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. I also appreciated the leisure facilities, such as the sauna and jacuzzi, which provided the perfect way to relax after a long day. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also convenient features that added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in a neighborhood with a lot of graffiti and ongoing construction, which can make the surroundings look untidy and noisy.

The bar & restaurant should be open all day. The restaurant is nice but too formal. Bike storage key is inconvenient. Breakfast choices and staff were excellent. Convenient location for transportation.

My recent stay at Best Western Premier was fantastic. The hotel staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The room was very comfortable and provided all the amenities I needed. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping at El Cort Ingles. Additionally, the hotel was only a short walk from the center of Girona, allowing me to explore the city with ease. I had a pleasant and relaxing experience at Best Western Premier. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the slightly outdated bathrooms, I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
